Dr. Mam is a counseling psychologist and instructor. Her specialty focuses on employee performance and developmental and organizational concerns. She has over 30 years of experience in coaching, and capability building, across various industries, such as educational institutes, telecommunications, and manufacturing. In addition, she served as a business partner to help build the organization and people capability and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.   Her expertise includes leadership development, performance management, succession management, organization development, and talent development.

As a principal consultant, Dr. Mam brings in new concepts to diverse groups of clients, anchoring the development of people's potential within agile ways of the working environment, allowing people to embrace the change, and establishing the foundations for better team collaboration, executing the efficient sprints and delivering exceptional business results.  

Dr. Mam holds a BA and MA in counseling psychology and a Ph.D. in educational management from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She also earned advanced academy certificates, senior management and leadership program from IMD, Switzerland, and a management development program from NUS, Singapore. She received the Excellence in Practice award from the Association of Talent Development (ATD), USA, demonstrating enterprise-wide success due to the employee development program.
