Dao has deep expertise in employer branding and communications. She led many initiatives to establish an attractive employer brand that has become crucial for the success of new-age recruitment essentials for various industries such as fashion retail, food, quick serviced restaurant, and construction/building materials. Her strong track record of almost 20 years showcasing the organization’s unique cultural differentiators to attract and retain talents through thoughtful communication strategies and eventually make the organization one of the top places to work. In addition, she is known as an expert in talent assessment who translates the result of organization and job analysis into a blueprint of success parameters and utilizes renowned assessment tools.  

As a senior consultant, she is highly committed to the retail, entertainment, and energy sectors. She has worked extensively with clients on talent management, organization design, performance management, and, most notably, succession management. She works closely with the top executives on strategies to replace unique or highly specialized competencies.
Dao holds BA in international relations and MA in economics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
