Chantree
Tas is the founder of TAS Consulting Partner. He is keen on business strategy planning, organizational productivity, organization design, organization development, human resource management and development. He served as an executive committee and chief HR officer throughout his extensive career span of more than 30 years with various industries, e.g., Siam City Cement, Dow Chemical, and General Motors. He led multiple phases of the organization transformation as South East Asia regional HR head, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
He advises global, regional, local corporations and family-owned businesses on corporate and business strategy, cultural shift, performance improvement, talent management, and organization transformation programs. He works closely with clients on strategic planning, implementation, and results delivery. Currently, he holds committee / advisory positions for Mahidol university, Suranaree university, Moral promotion center, Thai national shipper council, and Thailand institute of science and technologies research (TISTR).
Tas holds BA in social work, MA in mass communications from Thammasat University and MA in human resources management from NIDA, Thailand. He also earned a few other advanced academy certificates; advanced management program from Harvard Business School, USA, senior management from INSEAD, France; IMD Switzerland; and the university of St.Gallen, Switzerland; certified executive coach from Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, USA.
