Molly has worked with many large corporations in Thailand and the other ten countries in South Asia on their business growth strategy and organizational productivity. She served as an executive committee and chief HR officer, has over 25 years of experience in human resources planning, organization design, organization development, talent management, employee development, and employee relations,  focusing on different industries, e.g., construction / building material, retail, wholesales, quick service restaurant, and consumer packaged goods.

he specializes in succession management, talent assessment, talent development, leadership and functional competencies. She also has an outstanding track record of creating a mutual agreement with a sustainable relationship as she led labor union negotiations.  

As a partner with TAS, she has served clients across industries, e.g., entertainment, retail, automotive, financial services, logistics, and social sectors. She leads each project planning by thoroughly analyzing each client's concerns to ensure the proper diagnosis. Most importantly, she works closely with clients on implementations and results delivery.

Molly holds BA in English literature from Thammasat University, Thailand, and MA in human resources management and industrial relations from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
